it's a silly thing to think about but it'll always drive me a lil crazy that the world mainly knows him as the sad song guy when he alone harnessed the skill of all 4 beatles combined + their recording engineers AND George martin. there isn't an element of recorded music that he didn't seemingly master. Recording, conducting orchestras, songwriting, instrumental skill, producing. that's what separates him from your run of the mill, cookie cutter singer wrongwriter. RIP the man
